Aside from the tiresome, melodramatic voice over and a rather cringe-inducing final line, the trailer for the Jodie Foster-starring drama/thriller THE BRAVE ONE is not too shabby. In it, Foster stars as a mild-mannered woman whose near death at the hands of thieving street thugs apparently sends her into a rage-fueled killing spree. Basically, she’s mad as hell and she isn’t gonna take it anymore…she’s gonna shoot people. A lot. A familiar theme, no doubt, but Foster’s undoubtedly excellent performance coupled with some sweet revenge action should separate this one from the bunch. See the trailer HERE. The film opens September 14th.
