The Soska sisters will operate Game Show Network’s Hellevator

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Sibling filmmaking duo Jen and Sylvia Soska are adding an unexpected category to their rapidly growing résumés: game show hosts. The "Twisted Twins" have signed on to operate the controls of HELLEVATOR, a horror-themed game show that will have an eight episode run on Game Show Network this fall.

In HELLEVATOR,

a team of three friends rides a haunted elevator into various levels of an abandoned warehouse. One player must get out on each floor and conquer a frightening challenge in order to earn money for the team. But if they don’t make it back in time, the elevator moves on without them.

Sounds like it could be entertaining. I'm a fan of game shows in general, and if you mix in some horror, that's two great tastes that taste great together.

As if the Soskas weren't enough, the show's horror cred gets an extra boost from the fact that it's being produced by Blumhouse Productions, in association with Matador and Lionsgate Television.
