While it's certainly not a surprise, it’s very exciting casting nonetheless, as American Horror Story series co-creator took to Twitter to announce the return of the supremely talented Kathy Bates. With the show entering its fifth season, American Horror Story: Hotel is set to shoot this summer with a premiere in October. According to Murphy, Bates’ character will be running the titular Hotel, which sounds perfectly creepy.
Bates will be joining the previously announce Lady Gaga, Wes Bentley, Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson and Chloe Sevigny. That’s all we have for now, so keep an eye here for more on American Horror Story: Hotel as we get it!
