This will be the first time ever that Jay Chattaway's chilling score for MANIAC COP 2 will be presented on Vinyl. Read on for all the details!
Years after our release of Chattaway's soundtrack to 'Maniac', we are honored to add another of his scores to our growing discography. This superior sequel is one of our favorite horror films of all time, and we are excited to pay tribute this film nearly 25 years later. This limited edition, one-time pressing also features the infamous Maniac Cop Rap. Pressed on 180 Gram Black and randomly-inserted Fire Colored (after the incredible Molotov Cocktail scene from the film) Vinyl.
Additionally, Death Waltz Recording Company is proud to exhume another classic from their catalogue in lieu of demand from the dead and the living. From the twisted mind of Lucio Fulci comes ZOMBI 2 aka ZOMBIE FLESH EATERS. A notorious gore classic and the poster child for the video nasty generation, the film gently transports the viewer from the concrete jungle of New York City to the mysterious Caribbean island of Matool, with some shark versus zombie shenanigans along the way. Our musical guide for this tour de gore is the inimitable Fabio Frizzi and his magic synthesiser.
