Here’s the theatrical trailer for Universal’s OUIJA, starring “Bates Motel” cutie Olivia Cooke. The flick, obviously inspired by “spirit board” of the same name, comes from Stiles White and Juliet Snowden, the writers of such films as BOOGEYMAN and THE POSSESSION. It’s produced by Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes and Jason Blum’s Blumhouse, so obviously a lot of heavy hitters in the genre game are on “board.”
In Ouija, a group of friends must confront their most terrifying fears when they awaken the dark powers of an ancient spirit board.
