Holy cow!

CBS is taking "Under the Dome" to SDCC this week and now TVLine has unveiled the very moo-ving minimalist poster that will be used in promotion of the show at Comic-Con. The poster reimagines – in a simple, graphic black sketch set against a blood-red background – the cow that got severed during the appearance of a mysterious dome over Chester’s Mill, explains the site. Anyone up for some steak?

The "Under the Dome" Comic-Con panel takes place Sunday, July 21st (with a screening), at 3:15 p.m. in Room 6BCF. Dean Norris, Mike Vogel, and Rachelle Lefevre will be joined by executive producers Neal Baer and Brian K. Vaughan during a signing Sunday, where the posters will be available.

The 13-episode summer series on CBS stars Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre, Dean Norris, Natalie Martinez, Britt Robertson, Alexander Koch, Colin Ford, Nicholas Strong, Jolene Purdy, Ned Bellamy, Natalie Zea, and Aisha Hinds. "Under the Dome" is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Amblin Television. Neal Baer, Stephen King, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, Stacey Snider, and Brian K. Vaughan, who wrote the television adaptation, serve as executive producers.

"Under the Dome" airs Monday nights at 10/9c on CBS.
