The Los Angeles Film Festival announced today that it will debut James Wan's true story haunter THE CONJURING. The film, which stars Academy Award nominee Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Ron Livingston and Lili Taylor, will screen in two theaters at the Regal Cinema at L.A. LIVE on June 21, first at 10:00 pm in Regal House 11 and 10:30 pm in Regal House 10 with both screenings followed by a Q&A with Wan.

Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville.  Based on a true story, The Conjuring tells the horrifying tale of how world renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were called upon to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse.  Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.

As you folks know, the film is currently set for a release on July 19th and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
