DELIVERANCE with ladies is one way to look at BLACK ROCK, a survival thriller that pits three lovely gals against angry hunters and the unforgiving wilderness. The film debuted at Sundance to positive reviews and qas quickly snatched up by LD Entertainment, which will release it on MAY 17th. Today a new poster has arrived via Entertainment Weekly, and you can peep it below. (Not very inspired, unfortunately.)

Starring Katie Aselton (who also wrote directed), Kate Bosworth and Lake Bell, BLACK ROCK goes like this:

Three childhood friends set aside their personal issues and reunite for a girls’ weekend on a remote island off the coast of Maine. One wrong move turns their weekend getaway into a deadly fight for survival.

Below the poster you’ll find the film’s trailer, which will help you get reacquainted with the film.
