So yesterday I put in my predictions for this Summer’s box-office. Where did I have Ridley Scott’s PROMETHEUS finishing? Fourth. That’s right people – fourth. After the obvious super-hero flicks I’ve got faith PROMETHEUS will clean up at the box-office. Maybe it’s a stretch? Who knows. Fact is people are stoked for PROMETHEUS and today’s viral update is only going to help matters.
Today’s PROMETHEUS update comes in the form of an ‘audio puzzle.’ This ‘puzzle’ is audio from the film played in reverse. When played backwards the ‘audio puzzle’ reveals different audio snippets from the film including screaming, alien screeching, gurgling, flesh tearing, etc. Yeah, that’s pretty awesome. PROMETHEUS’ all-star cast includes Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Logan Marshall-Green, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Patrick Wilson and Charlize Theron (below). We’ll get an idea of how well PROMETHEUS will do this Summer when it hits theaters on June 8th.
