No matter how bad DARK TIDE ultimately proves to be – and let’s face it, it looks pretty bad – Halle Berry can always take solace in knowing if she hadn’t done the film, she may have never met her new beau, Olivier Martinez. Triumph from tragedy…we should all be so lucky!
Anyway, a new clip from DARK TIDE has appeared over at Movieweb. We’ve embedded it below, but beware, it’s pretty uneventful. I suppose suspense is the goal, but killer shark films will always live in the shadow of JAWS, and unless it offers something wildly new, nothing will ever seem all that fresh. The clip below feels certainly that way.
