New Ghost Rider 2 featurette praises the awesome powers of Nicolas Cage

Burning up the pavement this Friday is big John Blaze – aka Nic Cage – in a marriage of excess that promises all kinds of chaotic action. Remember, Neveldine and Taylor are behind the lens on GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE…their wildness behind the camera is matched by the insane brio of Cage’s in front of it…and for that, despite the gaudy CG, we could be in for a real treat this weekend.

Weaving into that sentiment is a new behind-the-scenes featurette for the film, courtesy of Apple. In it, you’ll hear the directors and co-stars of Cage sing effusive praise for the actor and his dedication to sinking himself into such a dark role. Naturally, new footage from the flick is inter-spliced with the interviews…all of which come together to offer a nice 2-minute insight. Get after that shite underneath!

It has been several years since making a deal with the Devil and Johnny Blaze, living in self-imposed isolation, finds himself as the only person who can help save 10-year-old Danny – and ultimately the world – thanks to his unwanted and uncontrollable power – his ability to transform into the hell-on-wheels monster known as The Ghost Rider.

GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE heats it up this Friday (Feb. 17th).

Star Violante Placido is worth price of admission alone!
