Although turkey leftovers are no doubt in the fridge, looks like PORKCHOP is on the menu!

That’s right y’all, a new indie horror joint, PORKCHOP, has come to our attention today. The film, completed sometime in 2010, was directed by Eamon Hardiman, from a script he co-wrote with Zack Bassham. And guess what? The flick hits DVD a week from tomorrow (December 6th). Peep the trailer and synopsis below to see if this is your cut of meat!

Starring Ruby Larocca (below), Ford Austin, Brian Gunnoe, Sierra Ferrell and Rob Cobb – PORKCHOP centers on:

A group of young campers who head into the wilderness for a weekend of sex, booze and silliness at an abandoned summer camp – only to be picked off one by one by a blood-thirsty, chainsaw-wielding psychopath wearing a pig’s head mask. Who will survive? The cheerleader? The slut? The nerd and his anatomically correct talking robot? Weren’t lying, were we?

This sucker has all the makings of an 80s slasher – the campground, the caricatures, the chainsaw, the mask. All have been done before, so let’s hope this is one PORKCHOP we don’t instantly spit out upon first taste.

Check out the trailer below, and if you like what you see, pre-order PORKCHOP on DVD HERE.
