Just a few days ago I was telling you guys how veteran character actress Dale Dickey would be appearing in the upcoming season of HBO’s “True Blood” and now here I am with even more casting news for the highly anticipated fifth season!
According to TV Line the latest name to join fellow new cast members Dickey and Lucy Griffiths will be Valentina Cervi. The actress will play ‘Salome,’ an ancient vampire who is a world class seductress and fiercely intelligent. She also has quite a lot of madness in her. She is the most powerful person in every way yet capable of hiding this power when it serves her purposes. Sounds pretty intense. I think we may have our new villain!
The trio of ladies will be joining the rest of the “True Blood” alumn when Season 5 kicks off sometime next year.
