You ghouls and gals recall your introduction to PARANORMAN…well over a year ago? You know, the animated zombie-fighting character voiced by LET ME IN star Kodi-Smit McPhee?
Well, here’s your first look at the titular character, via the first poster for the film. Or more accurately, here’s your first look at the back of PARANORMAN’s head. Dude’s got some serious Dumbo ears!
Directed by Chris Butler and Sam Fell – In PARANORMAN, a small town comes under siege by zombies. Who can it call? Only misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead. In addition to the zombies, he’ll have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst of all, moronic grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits.
In addition to Smit-McPhee, Anna Kendrick (below), John Goodman, Leslie Mann, Casey Affleck, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jodelle Ferland, Bernard Hill, Jeff Garlin, Tempest Bledsoe (say what?), Elaine Stritch and Tucker Albrizzi all lend voice-work to the film.
