The International Television Festival takes place in Hollywood in just a few weeks. It’s not all about TV though; one of the highlights of schedule is a special screening of THE VICTIM with director/star Michael Biehn and producer/star Jennifer Blanc in attendance. The showing will take place at Laemmle Sunset 5 on August 6 at 8pm. You can pick up tickets here.

In addition to Biehn and his wife Blanc, the picture also stars Danielle Harris, Ryan Honey and Denny Kirkwood. Biehn directs off a script he re-wrote from Reed Lackey. The flick continues to play film festivals around the country, but hopefully we’ll hear about a DVD release soon.

Annie’s life is in jeopardy after she’s witnessed the horrific rape and murder of her closest friend. Fleeing from two attackers, she stumbles across Kyle, a recluse living in the middle of the woods. Kyle finds the stillness of the woods comforting. The ruggedly handsome loner stays far from civilization – that is, until a single knock on his door throws his solitary life into chaos. Two worlds collide in this psychological thriller that will make you question your trust in mankind. Who is the victim?
