The mighty Vin Diesel has taken to the ol’ Facebook account to update the newly titled CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK: DEAD MAN WALKING. Makes sense, dude’s been using the social media outlet for well over a year now to keep us abreast of the film. Anyway, you’re leering at a fresh piece of concept art for the David Twohy sequel above!

As you can see, Riddick looks to be traversing a bombed-out wasteland, a blade and rifle securely in tow. He’s also got a little mutt there by his side, wonder what her deal is all about.

Hopefully entering production soon, DEAD MAN WALKING shapes up like this:

Betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet, Riddick (Vin Diesel) fights for survival against alien predators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before. Soon bounty hunters from throughout the galaxy descend on Riddick only to find themselves pawns in his greater scheme for revenge. With his enemies right where he wants them, Riddick unleashes a vicious attack of vengeance before returning to his home planet of Furya to save it from destruction.

No further casting info has been given, but as soon as the flick officially gets going, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop.
