How are you guys feeling about Colin Theys’ REMAINS, the zombie flick heading our way based on Steve Niles’ graphic novel? I can’t help but feel this would be a much bigger project had it come from a studio rather than Chiller TV. But hey, maybe it’ll still be pretty good right? Let’s hope so.
If the brand new teaser one-sheet for the flick is any indiciation then we should at least be in for a fun time! Said poster has recently hit the net to celebrate the film’s Comic-Con appearance and can be found directly below. Sure it’s illustrated but what does that matter? It should still get the point across – that REMAINS is setting out to be an action-packed adventure. Here’s hoping it delivers just that.
‘Remains’ is set in a chilling post-apocalyptic Reno, Nevada, and follows the survivors of a bizarre accident that reduced most of the world’s population to zombies. The group takes refuge in a vacant casino and fights a losing battle against the undead, who grow steadily stronger, smarter and more aggressive by the minute.
The cast for this shindig includes Grant Bowler, Miko Hughes, Lance Reddick and Tawny Cypress (below). Plans are to have REMAINS hit Chiller TV sometime this year so we should have more updates rolling our way soon.
