I’ve got the perfect story today to help kick off your awesome holiday weekend. What could possibly be such a big deal that it’ll help get your explosive 4th of July weekend started? How about some DARK KNIGHT RISES news? Huh? Better yet… how about some DARK KNIGHT RISES footage… Yeah I thought that might catch your attention.
Now obviously the footage is of the bootleg variety and was taken by an eager fan who recently got some eyes on the set of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. The video doesn’t offer much but we do get some shots of stars Christian Bale and Anne Hatahway sans costumes. Nothing spoilery so you can go ahead and scroll away below to get a look at the goods. It should come as no surprise that the plot for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is being kept heavily under wraps. Would you expect anything less from Christopher Nolan? No I didn’t think so. What we do know is that the film will showcase ‘Bane’ and ‘Catwoman.’ Anything else has purely been speculation to this point.
What we do know is that along with Bale and Hathaway (below) the much anticipated flick will also star Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple Josh Stewart, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis, Daniel Sunjata, Diego Klattenhoff, Burn Gorman and Josh Pence. THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is slated for release July 20, 2012 so there’ll be plenty more updates heading our way until then.
