The sixth season of Showtime’s “Dexter” is casting left and right at this point. Already we’ve received news of names like Edward James Olmos, Colin Hanks and Mos Def being added on, and now another, prettier face has come aboard: Brea Grant.

The word comes from Ms. Grant’s official page (which links to a screenshot of a Variety article). While Brea’s character isn’t revealed, she does hint at who she’ll be playing in this text: “no spoilers but i’m pretty sure you’ll be seeing me in a white lab coat.

Guess that says it all, eh? Grant was a recurring character on “Heroes”, and has been in films like HALLOWEEN II (she was Laurie’s best friend), MIDNIGHT MOVIE and the still-unreleased TRANCE (written by our captain, John “The Arrow” Fallon).

“Dexter” will begin shooting next month and is due to come out in the fall.
