Everything out of the [REC] GENESIS camp thus far has been nothing short of awesome so when a new photo album over at the flick’s Facebook page offers up some boring behind the scenes stills I figured I’d tell you about them!
Granted these shots are pretty damn boring but hey, beggers and can’t be choosers right? I’m actually digging this new photo album, it adds another sense of realism to the flick. Enough of my rambling though, I’ve tossed up a few of the shots above and below but you’ll want to click through to check out the whole album over on Facebook.
REC: Genesis takes place miles away from the original location and partly in broad daylight, giving the film an entirely fresh yet disturbing new reality. The infection has left the building. In a clever twist that draws together the plots of the first two movies this third part of the saga also works as a decoder to uncover information hidden in the first two films and leaves the door open for the final installment the future REC: APOCALYPSE.
[REC] GENESIS comes from director Paco Plaza and stars Leticia Dolera, Diego Martin, Mireia Ros, Ismael Martinez, Emilio Menchata and Blai Llopis. This shite is currently tearing it up in production so hopefully some inkling of a release date will come our way soon!
