Thanks to the European Film Market, a movie called BLIND ALLEY (CALLEJON) – the feature debut from writer/director Antonio Trashorras – was brought to our attention back in February. Now, after few months to wrap production, we have the first pair of stills from the serial-killer yarn. Nothing terribly overwhelming, but at least we know the flick is coming together nicely.
Starring Ana De Armas, Leonor Varela (below) and Diego Cadavid – BLIND ALLEY picks up:
In a tiny laundrette hidden down an alleyway, where Rosa finds herself trapped, completely isolated and unable to escape the nightmarish situation of being attacked by a serial killer. At the break of dawn and after hours of anguish, immersed in the sadistic game of rat and mouse the killer has subjected her to, the young girl will discover something even more disturbing about the nature of her aggressor.
With a brisk 80 minute run-time, BLIND ALLEY is likely to come out sometime later this year. Stay posted for further updates.
