David Arquette is getting back into the director’s chair for GLUTTON, a 3D thriller for Remember Dreaming Prods. It will be Arquette’s first feature film as a director since 2007’s THE TRIPPER. (A movie I know some people are fond of but I just couldn’t get into.)

Plot details are very slim, but it’s said to be a psychological thriller in the vein of MISERY. So let’s just assume someone is held hostage by a psychopath…

Ken Yakkel (DEAD AIR) wrote the screenplay for GLUTTON. Production will begin this July in Canada. No word on whether or not it’s actually shooting in 3D.

Producer Stan Spry said: “David is the perfect person to direct “Glutton.” He brings invaluable assets to the project including his visual style, creative flare, and ability to relate to the cast.”

Said cast is not known at this time, but that news shouldn’t be too far down the line…
