Normally heads roll in a horror movie, but this time it’s a tire that rolls around while heads explode! A new red band trailer for Quentin Dupieux’s RUBBER has been released. You can check out below. What better way to start off your day than with some cranium combustion? Here’s the synopsis:

RUBBER is the story of Robert, an inanimate tire that has been abandoned in the desert, and suddenly and inexplicably comes to life. As Robert roams the bleak landscape, he discovers that he possesses telepathic powers that give him the ability to destroy anything he wishes without having to move. At first content to wreak havoc on small desert creatures and various lost items, his attention soon turns to humans.

The indie horror/comedy stars Thomas F. Duffy and Roxane Mesquida (below). There’s not more more to be say about the flick that hasn’t already been stated. All you need to know is that it is currently available via on demand services, and it will receive a limited theatrical release on April 1 via Magnet Releasing.
