As I was making my way across these here interwebs this fine morning I happened to come across a project that I just felt the need to tell you all about. It’s a genre flick heading our way that crosses a slasher, hot chicks and Kevin Sorbo. Can’t really go wrong with that, now can you? I’m talking about SORORITY PARTY MASSACRE!
Word on SORORITY PARTY MASSACRE comes from the guys over at Dread Central, who just happened to get their hands on a still from the flick as well as a nifty little teaser poster. Nice! I’ve tossed the still up above and the poster below but you’ll want to click through on either pic for a full, larger look at the two. But that’s not all! Dread also got a chance to chat with the flick’s co-director/writer/producer Chris Freeman on the status of the film. What did Freeman have to say? Check it:
“The basic non-horror vignette stuff we shot before Christmas was fantastic. Kevin Sorbo was a blast. As for the gory fun stuff, we may be pushing that section of the shoot by about four weeks considering the crazy weather as of late. We will be shooting in and around LA, however, with our big third act on a boat in a body of water.”
Sounds like a good time to me! Along with Freeman the flick is also directed by Justin Jones and stars Sorbo, Jessie Lynn, Eve Mauro (below), Ed O’Ross, C. Thomas Howell, Leslie Easterbrook, Richard Moll, Ron Jeremy, Yvette Yates, and Tom Downey. No word on when we might be seeing this one released but as always we’ll keep our eyes and ears open for updates.
