It’s been a while since we’ve seen a really good creature feature. The Bubble Factory (what a production company name for a horror flick!) is aiming to remedy that with BLOOD IS BLOOD. Check out the teaser trailer below. Here is the plot:

A group of family and friends who, en route to New Orleans, are sidetracked in the Louisiana bayou encounter a monster named Lockjaw, who is revered by the locals as a god.

The film is written and directed by Fred M. Andrews. It stars Mehcad Brooks (TRUE BLOOD), Serinda Swan (below, TRON: LEGACY), Sid Haig (THE DEVIL’S REJECTS), Dianiel Bernhardt (THE MATRIX RELOADED), and Amanda Fuller (RED WHITE & BLUE).

The film was originally titled LOCKJAW but likely changed its name to avoid being confused witht the 2008 DMX-starring killer snake flick of the same name. No word on when this one will be released, but we’ll keep you updated.
