It’s almost here folks! We’ve been talking about AMC’s “The Walking Dead” for months now and finally we’re less than a month away from it’s premiere. Heck just yesterday we showed you all the latest video released regarding the series and here I am today with not one, but two more! Natch!
Like yesterday’s video these two new ones also come from the fine folks over at AMC, who’ve pretty much spoiled us in regards to “Walking Dead” goods. One video is a character piece showcasing the show’s hero ‘Rick Grimes’ while the other video gives us a look at a featurette looking at the Survival aspect of the show. “The Walking Dead” revolves around an epidemic of apocalyptic proportions has swept the globe, causing the dead to rise and feed on the living. In a matter of months, society has crumbled: There is no government, no grocery stores, no mail delivery, no cable TV. Rick Grimes finds himself one of the few survivors in this terrifying future. A couple months ago he was a small town cop who had never fired a shot and only ever saw one dead body. Separated from his family, he must now sort through all the death and confusion to try and find his wife and son. In a world ruled by the dead, we are forced to finally begin living.
“The Walking Dead” stars Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Michael Rooker, Jeffrey DeMunn, Laurie Holden, Steven Yeun and Sarah Wayne Callies. It’s set to premiere on AMC come October 31st!
