The (unnecessary?) direct-to-DVD sequel to David Slade’s 30 DAYS OF NIGHT is almost upon us folks. This little diddy is set to hit DVD shelves a week from today on October 5th and to celebrate we’ve been treated to four brand new clips from 30 DAYS OF NIGHT: DARK DAYS!
While these clips are nothing to write home about they are a pretty hefty update that should give you a good idea on what to expect from the straight-to-video sequel. The clips give us a number of different things including some burning action and the smoking hot Kiele Sanchez. To chew on these bad boys you can scroll below or head on over to our videos section. We also got word that special features on the DVD will include Filmmaker Commentary and the featurette ‘Vampires Exist: The Gritty Realism of Dark Days.’
Almost a year has passed since Barrow, Alaska’s population was decimated by vampires. Stella, mourning her husband’s murder, has been travelling the world trying to convince others that vampires exist. When a group of lost souls offers her a chance to exact revenge upon the vampire queen, Stella joins their mission to stop evil from striking again.
The Ben Ketai film stars Sanchez, Rhys Coiro, Diora Baird, Harold Perrineau and Mia Kirshner. It’s set to hit DVD shelves everywhere on Tuesday, October 5th!
