We just got a heads up this morning from actor/writer Paul Sloan about his latest project KING OF VAMPIRES. Looks like smokin’ hottie Rebecca Mader has just been cast in the project, as confirmed by director Nick Vallelonga himself!

Now who the hell is Mader, you ask? You may remember her as the redheaded scientists featured in the last few seasons of LOST, or maybe your memory is really good and you recognize her from her role in MIMIC 3. Regardless, Mader has some crazy eyes that will no-doubt do her some good as Vera in KING OF VAMPIRES, but wait… what’s KING OF VAMPIRES all about anyway? Check it:

An heiress enlists mercenaries to search the Cambodian jungle for her long lost brother. The journey down river turns bloody; the jungle is haunted by a savage barbarian warlord, who is rumored to be Lord Of The Undead: King Of Vampires.

Nice! Sounds like a cool vampire flick, which is way better than most coming out these days. Can’t wait! Mader joins Sloan and Ralf Moeller in the film, which is still deep in the heart of pre-production and casting.

Stick around for more KING OF VAMPIRES updates as they come our way!
