I literally just got done giving you all a loaded Comic-Con update and here I am minutes later with another! Unfortunately this update doesn’t offer up any goods but we do get the details on two awesome events heading our way!
First up it seems the LET ME IN viral site helpme.net finally has a purpose! You see if you head over to the site you’ll find a jagged message delivered to you via chalk. Using morse code you must decipher the message, which will place you on a special guest list for a LET ME IN event at Comic-Con. What is the event exactly? We’re not entirely sure but one can assume it’s a screening of the film. But perhaps it’s too early for that… Alas only time will tell. So what’re you waiting for? Head right over HERE and decode that shite!
It seems LET ME IN won’t be the only film having fun at Comic-Con. Lionsgate have just unleashed GetBuriedAtComicCon.com, which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Obviously promoting the upcoming Ryan Reynolds film BURIED, it seems there will be a booth set up at The Con that’ll allow you to actually be buried alive then you’ll be broadcast over the web for all to see as you panic and attempt to claw your way out. This sounds to awesome to be true doesn’t it? Scope out the details:
Your cell phone is dying… Your flashlight is fading… Your oxygen is running out… But you are not ready to die. In honor of the upcoming thriller BURIED starring Ryan Reynolds, Lionsgate will conduct a mass burial at San Diego Comic Con 2010! Starting this Wednesday, Comic Con attendees will get the chance to become part of a terrifying virtual interactive experience at the San Diego Convention Center. Record video of your burial. Share the terror with your friends. Become part of a virtual online cemetery. Experience BURIED — only at Lionsgate Booth #3729. What will you do when you’re buried alive?

Pretty damn cool. So keep checking back with GetBuriedAtComicCon.com for the goods and be sure to keep it here for anything and everything coming out of San Diego as we hear it!
