Alright, so the entire genre community is in agreement that [REC] kicked some major ass, right? And thus far everything I’ve heard regarding [REC] 2 has this bad boy following in it’s predecessor’s footsteps.
Now we already know that Magnolia Pictures will be releasing [REC] 2 in US theaters this July and today we’ve got a brand new one-sheet to celebrate! Where did this poster come from? The action continues from the first film, with the medical officer and a SWAT team outfitted with video cameras are sent into the sealed off apartment to control the situation.
[REC] 2 comes from directors Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza and sees the return of [REC] star Manuela Velasco. Along with Velasco (below) the film also stars Jonathan Mellor, Óscar Zafra, Ariel Casas, Alejandro Casaseca, Pablo Rosso, Pep Molina, Andrea Ros, Àlex Batllori, Pau Poch, Juli Fàbregas, Ferran Terraza, Claudia Silva and Martha Carbonell.
