We’re coming up on half a year since we last updated Shannon Hile’s demonic possession picture THE INTERVENTION. With that kind of down time, we better have something pretty dope for you all, huh? Well, how’s a (revisited) trailer and brand new website launch taste? Appetizing? Then sink your fangs in below!

Co-written with Hile by actor Richard Eden, THE INTERVENTION is a psychological/horror film that will challenge ones faith in the true powers of good and evil. The mind has many doors and what you see may not be fact.

The film takes place: On September 17th 2002, where eight people have gathered in an isolated house just North of Los Angeles, to intervene in the destructive path of alcoholic husband, friend, and brother, Matt Garret. The horrific, paranormal events that transpired on that autumn night, could only lead to one implausible conclusion – demonic possession.

Dwier Brown, Thomas Crawford, Kamala Lopez, Cynthia Gates Fujikawa, Cody McMains, Raymond O’Connor, David Orr, Scott Paulin, Patricia Palace and Laure Prange all take part in the film.

Though a new website for the film has just launched, it still seems to be in its nascent state. All I seemed to find were a bunch of Fango quotes touting the flick (which makes sense, as the film debuted at the 2009 Fango Film Fest). Maybe I haven’t the requisite plug-ins and missed the video portion of the site as a result, but by all means, peep the shite out for yourself HERE.

No release word has hit for THE INTERVENTION, but clock a peek at the trailer below and let us know if it’s something worth keeping an eye on.
