So when news comes rolling in on a flick about some crazy killer boyfriend stalking his girl with a list of actors you’ve probably never heard of, chances are it won’t catch your eye right? Now check out the title: A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE. Intrigued? Of course you are!
News coming in from The Hollywood Reporter has three names joining the geniusly titled project: AJ Bowen, Amy Seimetz and Joe Swanberg. Now Bowen (right) is actually no stranger to the genre, already bagging himself a few credits including Ti West’s THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL. As for Seimetz and Swanberg… well your guess is as good as mine. But no worries! We’ll roll with it for now.
A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE comes from director Adam Wingard with a script by Simon Barrett. Ready for the skinny? A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE centers on an escaped murderer in pursuit of his ex-girlfriend, who has fled to start a new life in a small town. Bowen will be playing the escaped murderer while Seimetz plays his ex-girlfriend and Swanberg plays her ‘budding boyrfriend.’
So what says you guys? A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE looking like it has some potential? Hell how can it not have potential with a name like that?! I’m definitely willing to give it a shot thus far.
