Way back in November we introduced you all to low-budget indie flick called RENOVATION, a genre mash-up with heavy horror underpinnings. Cut to three months later (which would be now), and we’ve not only got the first trailer for the flick, the official site for the joint has just launched, and we have that for you as well!

In what marks the film debuts for director Robert Gwinn (who also shot and edited) and writer Charles Pisaeno (who also produced), RENOVATION commences:

When a small house flipping group discovers that their Hotel project may contain millions of cash hidden somewhere within, the project turns deadly.

But how deadly does shite get? Cop a look at the trailer below and find out. What initially appears to be another poorly shot, DTV genre outing seems to, at least in the second half of the trailer, quickly shape up into something a bit more harrowing. I mean, when a bitch is choked out from a bloody noose hanging from a ceiling fan…at least you can bank on some grue sodden eye candy to show up in this baby!

Lana Wood, Terrence Knox, DJ Perry, Johnny Dark, Deadn Teaster, Fred Griffith, Dean Mauro, Nathalie Ben-Kely, Sean Allen, Anthony Hornus, Tracilyn Jones, Tommy Lynch, Noel Allison, David Borowicz, and Charlene May-Khalaf all assume various roles in the picture.

RENOVATION looks to screen this spring in Yuma, Arizona. No further release dates are etched as of yet, so stay posted.
