Yesterday we showed you the NSFW red band trailer for the Simon Rumley directed thriller RED WHITE & BLUE (check that shit out HERE), as well as the film’s lengthy synopsis. Now that you’ve had a day for that to sink in, it’s time to suck on these apples: a glimpse at the film’s new poster.
One thing is apparent in the poster… they used red, white, and blue color tones. Those tricky dogs. Otherwise, this poster is about as boring as they come, though I’d rank it one step above one that featured floating heads or something just as ridiculous. This isn’t bad, it’s just… boring. And doesn’t lead me to believe the film’s as hardcore as the trailer portrayed it to be.
But what the flock do I know, right? RED WHITE & BLUE goes a little something like this: Film follows the cool, emotionless Erica, who dives into bed with any man she meets. When she is offered a job in a DIY store in Austin, she discovers the kindness of strangers, but also the gruesome shadowy side of it.
Starring Noah Taylor, Amanda Fuller, Marc Senter, Nick Ashy Holden, Patrick Crovo, Jon Michael Davis, Sally Jackson, Nicole Holt, Emily Cropper, Eryn Brooke, Laurie Foxx, and Jenny Gravenstein, the flick is currently at SXSW in hopes for landing distribution.
