So we just got our gut-stained claws on a large batch of goodies for Reg Traviss’ twisted mind f*ck PSYCHOSIS. And with Charisma Carpenter front and center, them shits certainly don’t disappoint!

With sole script credit to Traviss, his sophomore feature effort behind JOY DIVISION in 2006 picks up after:

1992, when a group of young Anarchists braved the snow covered wilderness to set up camp against the construction of a motorway by-pass. A terrible fate awaited them. 15 years later Susan, a successful horror novelist and sensitive soul relocates from her native California to the rural English countryside in search of peace. The newly-wed finds it in an idyllic, remote Hamlet. It is here that Susan’s living nightmare unfolds.

Has shades of HOUSE and that Brittany Murphy flick DEADLINE, but again, with Carpenter as the lead, this shite could be a shot-by-shot remake of GLITTER and I’d still probably watch it. Probably.

Paul Sculfor, Ricci Harnett, Justin Hawkins, Katrena Rochell, Tye Glaser, Sean Chapman, Bernard Kay, Richard Raynesford, Eileen Pollock, Thomas Gaughan, Axelle Carolyn, Sybille Gebhardt, Slaine Kelly and Darren Bransford level out the cast.

PSYCHOSIS is currently in post-production. You can visit the official site for the film and see a whole host of stills HERE.

Get busy with the trailer underneath!

Yup, The Carpenter gets two pics!
