I think it’s entirely safe to say that Adam Green is a future king of this genre. I suppose you can call him a Prince of Horror… alright I’m pushing it but Green definitely has an awesome future ahead of him. Alright sure, Green’s only real ‘hit’ is 2007’s HATCHET but the man is hard at work on HATCHET 2 and is getting ready to see FROZEN, another film of his, hit Sundance later this month. Now that’s pretty impressive…
But I’m not here to talk about Green’s future. I’m talking about FROZEN, and the first clip to pop up from the chilly horror. The guys over at Bloody-Disgusting scored the first look at the clip, which follows three of our characters talking their way into getting a quick run down the mountain before the storm kicks in. Good idea? I think not! Enjoy the clip below!
FROZEN is about three skiers who become stranded on a chairlift and forced to make life-or-death choices that prove more perilous than staying put and freezing to death. It stars Shawn Ashmore, Emma Bell, Rileah Vanderbilt (below), Kevin Zegers, Ed Ackerman, Adam Johnson, Chris York, Peder Melhuse, John Omohundro and Kane Hodder. FROZEN hits Sundance starting January 24th then follows with a theatrical release on February 5th.
