According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kevin Alejandro of the late NBC show SOUTHLAND has been cast in HBO’s third season of TRUE BLOOD. Alejandro is one of many new cast members to join the vampire series, leading everyone to wonder… who’s gonna be cast next?
Ok, maybe you don’t really care, but for those addicted to the show, it’s probably pretty cool to see all the new additions coming on board. Alejandro will appear in nearly every episode of the new season, playing the character Jesus, a Latino orderly who is taking care of Ruby Jean Reynolds (Alfre Woodard) at her care facility and becomes involved with her son, Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis).
Since I haven’t caught a single episode of the show yet, Alejandro’s character (nor the character’s he’s involved with) means nothing to me. But I’m thinking it may mean something to a few of you out there. So cool beans. I guess.
