It seems that Gold Circle Film’s recent successes, including THE FOURTH KIND, have enabled them to jump on board more and more projects, and according to the boys at Bloody-D, they have another horror flick up their sleeves!

The prospective new film, which is currently out to writers, is called DEAD AWAKE (great title), and the premise goes a little something like this: Unable to breathe while sleeping, sleep apnea victims experience horrific consequences. A horror tale based on sleep apnea. Nice!

I’d love to say there’s more known about the project than that, but the information that’s out there right now for this is slim to none, so just be happy you got that much. According to the all-knowing Wikipedia, sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep. Sure you may have gotten that from the film’s brief premise, but now you know the ‘official’ definition, as it were.

What will the consequences be? Death? Worse than death? Nightmares? Elm street? Oh, the possibilities are endless… To check out the full scoop, click HERE, and stick around for more on Gold Cirle Film’s DEAD AWAKE as we hear it!
