Every time I’ve hit up the theater in the last month, I’ve been treated to the same trailer for DAYBREAKERS, and every time I see it, I get more and more convinced that this flick is gonna blow away the competition. It’s stylish, moody, and has Willem Dafoe with a crossbow. What’s not to like?
That said, I’d like to see another full length trailer, as the one I keep see is… well, the same one every time! Give me something else to gnaw on until it’s January release! As if Lionsgate can hear what I’m thinking, that’s exactly what has happened–in the form of a TV spot.
Last week we were hooked up with a new TV spot (check it out HERE), and today we have yet another TV spot to sink our bloody teeth into. The verdict? The new spot is only slightly different than the first spot, but that doesn’t mean DAYBREAKERS doesn’t look any less awesome.
Starring Ethan Hawke, Sam Neill, Willem Dafoe, and Claudia Karvan, DAYBREAKERS is directed by the Spierig Bros., and will be hitting theaters loud and clear January 8, 2010.
