Not today, not tomorrow, but Friday, October 23rd, a newer, longer, and more revealing trailer for James Cameron’s AVATAR will be hitting theaters–and only theaters until October 29th!
According to ComingSoon, 20th Century Fox will be releasing the new trailer in theaters only starting this Friday, which clocks in around three and a half minutes. The new trailer is said to show much more of the story than the previously released teaser trailer, and will essentially be the trailer to see for this movie thus far.
Now what about that October 29th date? Apparently the new trailer won’t get any online love until October 29th–so if you want check it out, you’d better go to the theater this weekend. No word on which movies it’ll be attached to since there’s no big Fox movie coming out this weekend, but I’m guessing SAW VI might hook it up, or even THE VAMPIRE’S ASSISTANT. If you’re going just to see the new AVATAR trailer, it might be a good idea to theater hop through some trailers to make it happen.
Or you could wait for October 29th, but seeing as underwhelming the teaser looked online, it may do the film justice to see the trailer first on the big screen…
