We’re just having quite the eventful week of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE updates, aren’t we? YESTERDAY I pointed you to some first-ever images from the film (which totally blew your mind), and today we have a new casting announcement for the film!
Our very own John Fallon will have a starring role in… just kidding. Actually, up and coming actress Kirsten Prout joined the cast of ECLIPSE this week, and will be starring alongside TWILIGHT alums Kirsten Stewart, Robert Pattison, and Taylor Lautner.
Who the flip is Prout? She’s been in a ton of TV shows over the recent years, including KYLE XY, THE DEAD ZONE, and STARGATE: SG-1. She was also in the made for TV movie METEOR. She just turned 19 a few weeks back, so if any of you were thinking unclean thoughts about her, no worries–she’s legal, and she can even drink legally in Canada.
No specifics as to her role yet, other than she’s playing a chick named Lucy. Do with that what you will, Vampire? Werewolf? Normal? I’m guessing anyone out there who’s read the books will likely know who Lucy is. Since I haven’t read the books, I haven’t a clue. Sometimes ignorance really is the best philosophy.
