With Halloween fast approaching, it’s just about time for everyone’s favorite unofficial horror film festival. That’s right, it’s back – and the 2009 Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas promises to boast a roster of hyper-charged, kick-ass blood sodden fun!

The good folks behind programming have just revealed the final stint of scheduling, and it should come as no real surprise that a few fuc*ing doozies are included. Among the many titles up for exhibition, Lars Von Trier’s polemic newbie ANTICHRIST will be premiered in the U.S., as well as the much anticipated Spanish spook-sequel REC 2.

With a full week of cinematic bloodlust, Fantastic Fest 2009 will run from September 24th to October 1st. For the entire list of screenings, click HERE.
