I am ashamed to admit that I never got a chance to check out Sam Raimi’s DRAG ME TO HELL in theaters. I haven’t spoken to one horror fan that didn’t like it. At least I will attempt to atone for my sin when the flick comes to DVD, which, according to Moviefone, will be on October 20th (the Blu-Ray will release on the same day).
That’s a pretty sweet freakin’ date just before Halloween. I wonder if I should give it a rent or just go ahead and buy the damn thing? Well, perhaps I should wait to see what cool features will be included, if any. Unfortunately, we are not yet privy to that kind of info. I’m also curious to see if we’ll be getting an “Unrated” version of the flick because even though I heard it did push the PG-13 boundary in terms of icky goo, obviously Mr. Raimi is capable of throwing even more gross shit at the screen.
Keep it here for whenever the special feature goods are revealed. Till then, steer clear of gypsies.
