Eternal’s teaser poster

Many, many freakin’ months ago, I first told you guys about one ass-kicker of a genre flick called THE ETERNAL coming from director/co-writer Justin McConnell. Back then, the flick had just been announced and I was happy to see horror legend (at least, to me), James Lorinz (FRANKENHOOKER), was the first person cast. Well, now after some time, the flick seems to be making some healthy progress.

To start off, we have ourselves a brand new ETERNAL teaser poster right up top. What’s your opinion on this? It really caught my eyes right away and sort of forced me to glance it over. That’s a sure sign of positive advertising, right? Regardless, you can’t deny that the one-sheet seems nicely brutal.

Also, another cast member has been added to back up Mr. Lorinz. Adam Kenneth Wilson will be playing the lead in the film, “Samuel Gradius”. For more ETERNAL updates, you can check out its official website by clicking right here.

Now, take a gander once again at the very interesting plot: Samuel Gradius has lived too long. In his 500 years on earth he has seen empires rise and fall, changed the course of history with his bare hands and experienced countless revolutions first hand. Samuel Gradius is a vampire, perhaps the only vampire, and he’s had enough. He wants to die.

No longer content with the idea of simple suicide, he makes the decision to go out in the ways of old. He wants a warrior’s death. THE ETERNAL follows Samuel on the pursuit of his own personal oblivion, he hopes, at the hands of someone worthy.
