Yahoo!Movies just unveiled a ‘first-look’ at the new poster for DISTRICT 9 to go along with the alien anatomy tutorial that Eric was all too eager to show us yesterday (check that report HERE).
The new poster looks a whole helluva lot like the old poster, except for one thing: No Humans Allowed. That’s right folks, this is the opposite side of the propaganda, the alien side against humans, the side where the ‘You’ in You Are No Welcome Here really is YOU!
I’m digging the switch-up, and I hope to see more of this angle of advertising as we get closer to it’s release date, as I think it offers something new and different. Plus, they can only go so far with the alien-hating before it gets old and boring.
