Who let the DOGHOUSE one-sheet out?! Who?! Who?! Who?! Who?! Who let the… oh, shit, that was lame! I’m sorry, but I’m also as jazzed about Jake West’s flick as I am about its brand new poster up top. Take that big ol’ biscuit in, my friends. The filmmakers behind this barker sure are pulling out all the stops as it rapidly nears its June 12th release next Friday in the U.K.
What do you say we all hop a first-class AITH jet and head on out across the Atlantic to check out DOGHOUSE on opening night? Yeah, I know this is all just wishful thinking, but how else can I express my eagerness to see this flick? You just can’t go wrong with this plot: A group of men head to a remote village to help one of their friends get over his divorce; when they get there, though, they discover that all the women have been infected with an airborne toxin that affects only the fairer sex, turning them into violent, bloodthirsty fiends who prey upon men.
It’s a total “dude’s night out” movie. For further reasons to watch it, you might as well take in the trailer right here. Again it stars Danny Dyer (SEVERENCE), Billy Murray, Christina Cole, Stephen Graham, Lee Ingleby, Noel Clarke, Terry Stone, and Emily Booth. As soon as I hear anything regarding a U.S. release, I’m posting it.
