My friends, we have an odd little teaser trailer for you to check out below, and I’m not sure exactly what I think of it yet… however I am happily certain that the flick for this trailer stars super hotties Sophie Marceau and Monica Bellucci (both up top), which more than qualifies it to be reported on. Oh yes, the French film is called NE TE RETOURNE PAS, which translates to DON’T TURN AROUND (don’t expect any English in the trailer). Here’s a look at the uncommon plot:
Jeanne a writer, married, with two children – starts to see unsettling changes in her home. Her body is beginning to change. No one around her seems to notice. Her family dismisses these fears as the result of the stress of having to finish her next book, but Jeanne realizes that something far deeper, far more disturbing is taking place. A photograph at her mother’s house sends her in search of a woman in Italy. Here, transformed into another woman, RosaMaria, she will discover the strange secret of her true identity.
There you have it. The flick was directed by Marina de Van who co-wrote the script with Jacques Akchoti. In addition to two gorgeous women, it also stars Andrea Di Stefano, Didier Flamand, and Brigitte Catillon. DON’T TURN AROUND is coming to the Cannes Film Festival.
