Dark Feed poster

First off, I just want to make clear that the image you see up top has nothing to do with the SAW franchise. That was my initial thought upon viewing it as well. It actually is the new teaser art for the upcoming indie horror called DARK FEED. And I definitely do like what I see. Very foreboding!

The flick was written by Michael and Shawn Rasmussen, who also wrote THE WARD, which John Carpenter is apparently directing. The brotherly duo will also be handling directing duties on FEED. Here is what they said regarding the flick and its plot: “We expect to be directing [Dark Feed] later this year,” say the Rasmussens. “Can’t say too much about the story right now except that it revolves around a film crew working in an old hospital with an infectious past. It’s going to be claustrophobic, intense, and very bloody.”

That sounds like some pretty good stuff (and kinda SAW-esque). An official in-development website for DARK FEED can be found by clicking right here. And I’ll be sure to feed you any more info on the flick as it develops.
