Perhaps you guys remember a couple months back when I introduced a new horror/comedy indie by the name of BLOODSUCKA JONES. Even if you don’t, I’m pretty sure that after today, it’ll be better engraved into your memory. Why? Haven’t you already begun drooling at that pic to the right? That, my friends, is star, Maria Canapino, taking a wardrobe test pic for the flick. Just between you and me, that wardrobe passes!
I couldn’t help but post another “test” pic of Ms. Canapino below for your fine viewing pleasure. She plays a vampire hunter named “Vanessa” in the fun-sounding flick which goes like this: Dave King was just dumped by his girlfriend but it is okay because he meets the girl of his dreams who turns out to be a vampire. Her vampire friends and family want Dave dead but she loves him. So Dave enlists the help of Tony a bumbling wannabe vampire hunter and his favorite comic book hero Bloodsucka Jones to save the day. Wacky superbitchin’ Hi Jinks ensue.
I’m really starting to get on board with this beeyach. I wonder if we’ll be seeing some actual film images soon as opposed to the sexy “test pics” we currently possess. However we do know the cast, in addition to Canapino, features Preston Gant, Jessica Dercks, Matt Kelly, Travis Woods, Erin Holt, Justin Armao, William Cutting, Andy Cauble, Dhanie Pappas, and Duncan Tran. Shooting begins in Orange County, CA in a couple of weeks.
