Wow, I’m having nightmares tonight, and they won’t just involve flying fake boobs. The Bloody Disgusting fiends got their claws on a handful of new images from Vincenzo Natali’s SPLICE, and boy are they eerie. And incredibly cool too. In fact, this movie – which I had pretty much forgotten about – is now quite high on my must-see list.

SPLICE revolves around two scientists who undertake illegal genetic experiments and create a new species fusing human and animal DNA. As the pair become global celebrities, the consequences of their accomplishment begin to become apparent.

Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley star in the sci-fi horror fantasy thriller… Fable… Drama… It hits theaters this September.
